Easy Step by Step Procedures:

1. Contact Peggy Lloyd at 1-800-790-1777 for assistance.
2. Contact Federal Express at 1-800-257-0109 or fedex.com
3. Set up an account with Federal Express.

4. When ready to ship your first case, contact our office to get our Federal Express account number. You will need this to bill recipient (Lone Mountain Dental).

You will also be able to request pre-printed airway bills from Federal Express after you establish an account with them. They can print all of the shipping information for you to save time.
