Case Turn-Around:
Indirect composite restorations - 5 weekdays (excluding holidays)
All Ceramic and PFM restorations - 10 weekdays (excluding holidays)
Full-mouth Rehabilitation/Extensive Smile Designs - 15 weekdays (excluding holidays)

Shipping:
We value your business, therefore we have partnered with Federal Express because of their demonstrated reliability. Lone Mountain Dental Studio covers all the shipping costs to and from the lab. All cases are shipped via Federal Express, standard 2-day delivery.

Accounting Procedures and Payments:
Lone Mountain Dental Studio, L.L.C. will send a detailed invoice with each case and a complete statement at the end of the month. We request full payment on the first day of the following month with Visa/Mastercard. Checks that are received by the 10th of the month will appear on your next statement. All accounts must stay current; unfortunately, any account that is not current will be placed on C.O.D. policy until the account is made current.
